Zamunda Says Jah Love Collaboration shows the power of unity

International recording stars Popcaan, Zamunda and Dre Island have given reggae lovers worldwide many reasons to smile following the success of their an amazing collaboration entitled “Jah Love” which many musical pundits as well as fans are describing as one of the “best collaborations released in dancehall from the start of the year”. The motivational and spiritually rejuvenating track is a remake of Zamunda’s smash hit entitled Jah Love Surround Me which was released in 2009. Jah Love has already become a staple on countless local and international playlists and has amassed over 2.2. million views on YouTube and according to Zamunda he is humbled by the love and support for the track. 

“This is a world song, not just a hit song it is a song that our society and our music industry needs at this time. We want to re-create unity and love in the music and society because I think with all the distractions and evil taking place right now Jah is the only answer. These words were not written a Jah inspire us to sing them” stated Zamunda. 

The artiste who recently released another smash hit entitled Buckle Up with fellow Unrully artiste Quada says he is urging his fellow artistes as well as at risk youths to stay away from crime and focus on doing good because too many artistes are getting in trouble with the law and the crime rate is rising at an alarming rate. 

“Jah say we must unite as artistes and lead the youths dem to do good because them listen to us so we have the power to make a difference and with how the crime rate a gwaan the country need us more than ever. Right me a urge all artistes and all youths on a whole to focus on Jah and your goals cause the negative ting ago only lead to more negative “Stated Zamunda. 

Zamunda has also released a slew of music videos including a collaboration with Jahvillani entitled Live On. Zamunda is also slated to release an album later this year.
