Last month, Soulja Boy was arrested for violating his probation after police searched his L.A. house. Now, the L.A. County D.A. is apparently hitting him with two felony charges—possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
TMZ reports the assault weapon he had was a mini-Draco AR-15, which is illegal for anyone to have in the state of California. He’s also being charged with a misdemeanor for receiving stolen property; officers say one of Soulja’s guns was apparently stolen from a cop car. If found guilty, he could face up to four years in jail.
