The music fraternity is reacting to the death of dancehall artiste J Capri, who died at the University Hospital of the West Indies.
Lady Saw said, despite only meeting J Capri on one occasion, she was instantly drawn to the artiste and she was devastated by her death.
“She was such a sweet child. I only met her once but instantly fell in love with her spirit. She was so talented and her performances were always on point. She had that crossover thing about her and so I was always telling people about her. I am at a loss for words,” said Saw.
Other artistes took to social media to express their condolences.
