Shipping and Delivery
You will be presented with three shipping to choose from during the checkout process, flat rate, standard or express delivery. We are based in and ship from the United States of America. Orders placed Monday-Friday will be packed and sent by our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Please view the delivery estimates page to see more specific delivery time frames. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address during checkout. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.
Within 24 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can view this information by signing in to My Account to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available, it can take a few days for tracking information to activate. Postal carriers may not provide up-to-date tracking information.
If any delivery issue arises, we will present the customer with two options: to resend the order or to refund it. If a refund is preferred, it will be issued back to the original payment method on the same day as agreed to by email.
