Spanish Town Shootout Police Station Attacked

The St Catherine North Police Division have confirmed that the Spanish Town Police station came under heavy and sustain gunfire shortly after 7 o’clock this evening.

Head of the division, Superintendent Anthony Castelle told The Gleaner a short while ago that there were no injuries.

He said the police managed to repel the attack and are now going after the gunmen believed to be aligned to the ‘Clansman’ gang.

The attack comes just days after the St Catherine North police killed two high-ranking members of the gang. Reputed ‘Clansman’ enforcer Donovan ‘Don’ Topping was also killed by the police last Saturday.
