(Kingston, Jamaica) Its Official, International reggae recording artist Singing Melody will join American R&B / Soul singer Freddie Jackson on stage this Saturday night for the Pulse Caribbean Model Search closing showcase at Studio 38 located on Trafalgar Road.

Melody who was confirm earlier this week for the highly publicized event has also been heating up the spotlight lately this stemming from the overwhelming success of his latest single “Collide” which was released on the Shem Music / Fat Eye Record Labels in September. Lovers rock fans will surely be in for a treat as Melody who catalog includes major hits such as “Want You Back” and “Say What” is expected to raise the temperature for Jackson who’s 2009 performance at the Nation Stadium was described as “Stunning“.

A native of Harlem and New York city Freddie Jackson is regarded as one of the most influential figures in R&B during the 1980’s and early 1990’s. To date his most noted singles include “For Old Time Sake“, “Jam Tonight“, “Do Me Again” and “You Are My Lady” which earners him a Grammy Nomination for Best Rhythm & Blues Vocal Performance in 1985.

Tickets for Saturdays event are now available for $2500 pressed and $3000 at the gate (Studio 38) with show time slated for 9pm Sharpe.
