Postponement of Betty Wright’s ‘No Pain No Gain’

Tropical Storm Tomas forces postponement of concert scheduled for November 6. Next show date to be announced soon

Kingston, Jamaica: Thursday, November 4, 2010: Stiletto Concepts wishes to advise patrons that ‘No Pain No Gain’ Betty Wright and Friends in Concert, scheduled for Saturday, November 6 at Liguanea Club, has been postponed owing to the inclement weather conditions expected due to the passing of Tropical Storm Tomas and in keeping with precautionary recommendations by Jamaica’s Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM).

The new dates of the show will be announced soon.

“In the light of the severe weather conditions that we are likely to experience we were forced to take this decision,” informed Tazhna Williams, Chief Executive Officer of Stiletto Concepts. “We will advise of the new concert date very soon.”

Patrons, who have already bought tickets to the concert, can use them at the next date.

“The tickets that have been sold will be honoured, Williams added.”

“We wish and pray everyone be prepared and is safe as Tropical Storm Tomas passes us by,” she said.
