The organisers of the hugely popular Boxing Day family event, TeenSplash, have secured two title sponsors. In addition to loyal brand, Pepsi, which has been the title sponsor for many years, telecoms company, Claro has now stepped up to the plate to make this event even more exciting.
“This is what TeenSplash is all about — joining forces to ensure that patrons have the best possible time at an event,” promoter Linvall Gibbons says.
Gibbons, in — between thanking Pepsi for “being dependable and supportive throughout the years”, welcomed Claro to the Teensplash family and expressed his delight at the synergy that has evolved through their sponsorship.
Claro’s commercial director, Adriana Arzate Rios, said her team was looking forward to working with TeenSplash, an event which has built up a solid reputation of excellence throughout the years. The company promises exciting giveaways at the event.
One of the ‘specials’ at TeenSplash 2010, Gibbons said, will be free admission to children 12 years and under, as long as they arrive at the gate before 3:00 pm.
“At Teensplash we are always giving back and this is one of the many things we do as a way of saying ‘thank you’ to our loyal patrons,” Linvall Gibbons said.
Among the artistes confirmed for Claro/Pepsi TeenSplash are the Doctor Beenie Man, I-Octane, Khago, Mr G, D’Angel, Romain Virgo, Richie Loop, ZJ Liquid, Toya, and the comedic duo, Apachie Chief and Freeman.
