DJ Cobra has not been very active on the local dancehall circuit, but that’s not because he isn’t in demand - far from it, the artiste is just selective of the events on which he performs these days.

Deejay Mad Cobra is an unhappy man today after thieves broke the rear glass of his BMW X5 at a party in Portmore, St Catherine, yesterday and stole cash as well as thousands of dollars worth of equipment.
According to Cobra who is christened Ewart Brown, the incident occurred sometime yesterday morning while his SUV was parked along Port Henderson Road.
“Di event (’Full White’) a gwaan a La Roose in a Portmore yesterday. Wi go deh go show we respects to di promoter and di light go weh. We neva leave still, cause as we seh, we a sho di promoter respect. When mi come out, mi si di whole a di back glass lick out,” Mad Cobra said.
