The Game Disses Jay-Z on 104.7 Kiss FM

For the past few years beef between Hip Hop heavyweight Jay-Z and Game has been hovering but not to the point of ever boiling into a full blown feud. Even after Jay-Z denounced the rumors, Game came right back with even more verbal taunts including publicly saying “Memph Bleek can suck my dick /Beanie Sigel can suck my dick/Jay-Z can suck my dick/Roc-A-Fella can suck my dick.” Now Game is back at it again years later.

The next chapter in this soap opera begins as Game talks to 104.7s Chino today [click to listen]. When asked about how Jay-Z supposedly said he wasn’t going to respond to Game’s taunts and would rather “Just let him commit suicide,” Game responded.

Jay-Z’s first record from The Blueprint 3, “Jockin’ Jay-Z (Dope Boy Fresh),” has hit the airwaves and the Internet. Hov debuted part of the record onstage at Madison Square Garden in New York last week while making a guest appearance at Kanye West’s Glow in the Dark tour stop. It’s now clear he was rapping the second verse.

The first verse starts with Jigga giving a tip of his blue New York Yankees cap to Run-DMC.

Jay-Z To Sell Stake In 40/40 Club For $44 Mil

Multi-platinum rapper Jay-Z continues his precedent-setting business deals as he is currently in talks to sell a stake of his popular 40/40 Las Vegas nightclub for an estimated $44 million.

According to The New York Post, the iconic hip-hop superstar is currently speaking with Las Vegas Sands Corporation in regards to offering them a 50 percent stake of the club. An insider told The Post the deal could make Jay’s night spot a global attraction.

In an epic homecoming for New York emcees, Rock The Bells New York at Jones Beach Amphitheater proved to be unforgettable.

After early sets from the bills, the evening gave way to the New York tradition of special guests. Mos Def was joined by Talib Kweli for a series of Black Star songs including “Definition,” “Respiration” and “Brown Skin Lady.” The Rawkus Records alumni made their cipher complete with Pharoahe Monch joining former label-mates on stage for a boisterous performance of “Simon Says.”

Lil Wayne has a million copies under his belt and is slated to start his Tha Carter III tour this week. One of the album’s standout tracks is Weezy’s collaboration with Jay-Z, “Mr. Carter.” Wayne told us last week that Hov was just a phone call away. Weezy co-managers G. Roberson and Kyambo “Hip Hop” Joshua used to be execs at Roc-A-Fella records.

“Shout-out to my [other manger] Cortez, my man G. My man Hip Hop,” Wayne said. “I asked them. I said, ‘That’s y’all big homie. I want a record.’ And I sent him that one. I thought that was perfect. I already had three verses to it and everything. I sent it, and the rest is history.”

Rappers Jay-Z and P Diddy reportedly had a “huge” backstage bust-up after Diddy tried to take over DJ-ing duties during a bash at the VIP Room nightclub.

Diddy — real name Sean Combs — was keen to get on stage to DJ and entertain the clubbers — but Jay-Z didn’t want him stealing his spotlight.
