The Killer’s mood was indicative of someone who was ‘rich and happy’ as he partied with his friends and fans.

The women came out in their numbers and most were sexily clad in bikinis that left little to the imagination. The ‘thugs’ were also out, and the ‘high rollers’ ensured that the Hennessey flowed freely from the bar.
