It may seem as if Erup has fallen off the scene for a while, but having formed his own record label, ‘Fully Governed Inc’, producing new artistes, performing at various shows overseas and doing collaborations with the likes of Taurus Riley and Anthony B, his actions have proven otherwise.
Erup says he has been touring in the United States and performing at a number of shows, the most recent being ‘The Return Of Supercat’ held at the Madison Square Gardens, alongside artistes such as Supercat and Buju Banton.
“Just doing my ting, an seeing how I can help myself, also tryin fi build up di youth dem” Erup said, referring to his Fully Governed Inc, which has been producing artistes such as Faydra, Jah Strength, Toni Bless and Management Ash.
Although not having that many challenges, Erup says, “There will always be the pagans an enemies, I’m not a weak fence though, even if you an nuh man have beef always have a third eye looking. An fi di yute dem dat trying, don’t give up, it’s all about hard work, jus gravitate towards the music.”
